Maintenance information - The Hague <> Nikhef Network

Estimated finish 09/29/2024 06:00:00
Netrouting is scheduling a service-impacting maintenance window for our optical transport network between THG1 (The Hague Data Center) and AMS2 (Nikhef). During this maintenance, we will be migrating to a new fiber route and replacing our equipment to retire the legacy DWDM infrastructure, which is currently limited to 10 Gbps per channel. These changes will enable us to provide speeds of up to 400 Gbps per channel, enhancing your connectivity options.
This essential maintenance ensures we continue to deliver high-quality service and support the growth of your infrastructure needs. It will impact the AMS2 route, but customers with redundancy via our AMS1 route (Equinix AM7) will remain unaffected and can continue to use that route throughout the maintenance window.
We appreciate your understanding and will provide further updates as we approach the maintenance date.
