Upcoming Activation of New Security Access System – Action Required

DFDC The Hague will activate its new security access control system at the start of office hours on Wednesday, July 23rd.

As part of this transition, all existing users will be required to re-enroll and sign the updated Facility Rules and Access Policy. Anyone with a valid security profile in the current system may re-enroll without prior authorization from a company representative.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to review and update your SPOC (Single Point of Contact) form to ensure that all authorized personnel are correctly listed. If needed, a copy of your current SPOC form can be requested from DFDC Operations.

The existing access control system will be fully decommissioned by August 8. Our team will continue to provide both on-site and remote access assistance for authorized visitors unable to enroll before the transition until August 31, 2025.
